Responsibilities

• Placement and allocation of rooms of students on the property.
• Administering students’ contracts of stay, ensuring that they are explained, understood and signed by the students.
• Induction of students to the property.
• Asset register maintenance.
• Facilitation maintenance issues.
• Facilitation students’ disciplinary hearings.
• Liaising with relevant sponsors regarding student funding.
• Ensuring that students stay Bullet-pointed list of the job holder’s main responsibilities.
• Ordering of material for the ice.
• Process orders for ice.
• Draw delivery schedule for the ice.
• Stock control.
• Biweekly visits to our customers.
• Up to date administration of both businesses.

Minimum Requirements

• South African Unemployed youth between the ages of 18 and 34.
• Must not have participated on the YES programme before.
• Matric.
• Administrative skills.
• Hospitality.
• Film Production or TV, or media studies related field.
