• Support the projects team by monitoring compliance, manage contract changes, identify risks and advise on active contracts
• Assist with the interpretation of contracts and support flexible contracting models
• Contract negotiations 
• Provide consultative support to the marketing and sales teams

Requirements

• Law degree / LLB
• 5-10 Years experience in contract management from a high-tech or engineering environment
• Experience with global customer contracting and regulated environments
• Regulatory knowledge: familiar with ITAR, EAR, FAR/DFARS, IP licensing models, Incoterms and data security clauses
