About the Role
We are seeking a Lead Response Consultant to serve as the first point of contact for potential customers, utilizing exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly response targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Proficiency in MS Office: Outlook, Excel, Word
- Experience with CRM software (preference)
- Solid understanding of Social Media Advertising methods
- Proficiency with a VOIP Phone System
- Proven track record of targets reached
- 2-3 years’ Contact Centre experience
- Valid Driver’s License and Own Transport
