About the Role
GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join their team in the Western Cape region. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading sales teams, managing stock levels, and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Implement and execute marketing activities to promote GAP Consulting’s new vehicle range
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
- Maintain strong relationships with customers, dealerships, and suppliers
- Ensure accurate stock levels and inventory management
Requirements
- At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in a New Vehicle Sales Manager capacity within the Automotive Industry
- Brand experience: Haval | Chery | Omada | Jaecoo
- Practical experience using AI platforms
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding Sales targets
- Strong working knowledge of Automotive Sales performance, Stock levels and Marketing activities
- Valid Driver’s License required

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary of between R 17 500 to R 25 000 based on experience. Incentives and benefits including Company Vehicle + Fuel.
