About the Role

Ndoko Projects Ltd is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the construction activities for our active road project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of the project, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall site management and supervision of construction activities
• Ensure works are executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and contract conditions (FIDIC)
• Coordinate subcontractors, plant, labour, and materials
• Liaise with the Engineer, client representatives, and stakeholders
• Manage construction programme and ensure milestones are met
• Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and environmental requirements
• Prepare site reports, progress claims, and records
• Implement traffic accommodation and road safety measures

Requirements

• National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 8 years experience in road construction projects
• ECSA registration (Pr. Tech / Pr. Eng) or SACPCMP registration (Pr. CM)
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Site Agent
• Sound knowledge of SANRAL / provincial specifications and FIDIC contracts
