About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Kuruman. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online research
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
• Negotiate sales agreements and provide timely price quotes and proposals
• Maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and problem resolution
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions

Requirements

• Minimum Matric qualification
• 5 years’ experience in external sales (technical/industrial/hose markets)
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work unsupervised
• Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
• Willingness to travel
