About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our client’s team in Windhoek. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the company’s goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses
- Oversee financial operations including accounting, budgeting, and auditing processes
- Lead and develop the finance team
- Collaborate with senior executives
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Requirements
- 10 years of experience in finance or accounting
- Proven track record in financial management and strategic planning
- Experience in leading and managing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Relevant professional qualification such as CPA or ACCA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
