About the Role
A leading financial services company based in Centurion, Pretoria is seeking a Short-Term Support Specialist to join their Technical Advice Team. This role supports short-term insurance advisers by providing technical advice, maintaining policy documentation, conducting market research, and developing training and presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Support formulation and maintenance of company policies
- Support the business to standardize advice processes and documentation
- Technical support to PSG financial advisers
- Assist to write short-term articles
- Perform ongoing technical research on insurance and market trends
- Interpretation of technical aspects in the industry and practical application in our business
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations
Requirements
- NQF 5 Short-term Insurance Certificate
- 5+ years of Commercial Short-term industry experience
- Knowledge and experience of FAIS legislation
- Proficient in both spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel from time to time within South Africa
- Computer literacy (MS Office), especially PowerPoint and Word
