About the Role
Hire Resolve’s client is seeking a Digital Marketer to join their vibrant team in Johannesburg. This in-person role focuses on building and executing creative digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and engaging with influencers and fashion bloggers to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Social Media Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Curate engaging content, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistency across all social media channels.
- Monitor social media trends and performance, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement and reach.
- Campaign Implementation:
- Work with the marketing team to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall brand objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports to assess effectiveness and optimize future strategies.
- Influencer and Blogger Engagement:
- Identify and engage with fashion bloggers, influencers, and brand ambassadors to collaborate on campaigns and increase brand awareness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring brand messages are communicated effectively to their audiences.
- Creative Ideation:
- Initiate and brainstorm new digital marketing ideas and concepts that align with the company’s brand and seasonal collections.
- Develop creative assets using tools like Canva, ensuring all content is visually appealing and on-brand.
- Public Relations & Press Releases:
- Assist with creating and distributing press releases, ensuring they align with company’s brand image.
- Work closely with PR teams to implement strategies that promote the brand through media channels and partnerships.
- Brand Building and Awareness:
- Foster brand loyalty and engagement through strategic digital marketing initiatives that connect with the target audience.
- Assist in driving traffic to the boutiques website and online store through targeted campaigns and promotions.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track the performance of digital marketing activities using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Generate regular reports on social media engagement, website traffic, and campaign success.
Requirements
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms and content creation.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter).
- Experience using design tools like Canva for content creation.
- Ability to create and implement digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and blogger outreach.
- Ability to write compelling press releases and public relations materials.
