About the Role
We are seeking a well-presented Plant Engineer to work at a reputable mine based in Mpumalanga, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the plant.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on plant equipment
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth plant operations
- Monitor and control plant performance to optimize efficiency and productivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Degree or National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Government certificate of competency -Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Eligible for registration as ECSA member
- 5 years experience as Section Engineer in Mining operations
- Concentrator plant experience will be an advantage
