About the Role

A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee high-rise developments (up to 18 storeys in the Cape Town CBD) as well as large residential estate projects across the Western Cape. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing complex construction projects, with a focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full site management of high-rise and residential developments
  • Programme planning, execution, and monitoring
  • Managing subcontractors, site teams, and foremen
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and contractual requirements
  • Reporting progress to senior management
  • Cost control and coordination with QS and engineering teams

Requirements

Minimum 8 years construction management experience

Proven experience on multi-storey / high-rise buildings

Strong residential estate experience advantageous

Relevant qualification (BTech / NDip / Degree in Construction Management)

SACPCMP registration (or in progress) preferred
