Hire Resolve, a leading BPO firm, is currently seeking a highly motivated HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in managing the human resources functions of our organization, ensuring that our HR policies and procedures are in line with industry best practices.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Develop and implement performance management processes
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
  • Handle employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Conduct training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR database
  • Stay updated with HR trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a BPO firm
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Experience in managing high volume recruitment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
