About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Management Couple to join our Beach Lodge & Restaurant in Sodwana Bay, where you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, assisting with guest services, and ensuring smooth restaurant operations. As a key member of our management team, you will provide support to General Managers and contribute to the overall success of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Beach Lodge & Restaurant
- Manage staff and ensure excellent customer service
- Assist with guest services and resolve any issues promptly
- Ensure smooth restaurant operations and maintain high standards
- Provide support to General Managers as needed
Requirements
- Grade 12 (formal qualification an advantage)
- At least 2 – 5 years management experience
- Experience in Hospitality Management or related field
- Leadership, Communication, and Organizational skills
- Customer Service and Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
