About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Human Resources team at Unique Personnel Ltd. As an administrative assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR department with various tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our people processes. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development programs.

Key Responsibilities

Review resumes and schedule interviews as part of the recruitment process
Conduct reference checks for new hires
Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs
Contribute to various HR projects, including employee engagement activities and policy reviews

Requirements
