About the Role

The Student Support Administrator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new students at our institution in Sandton. This role involves coordinating with various departments to provide administrative support, managing student communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Send out orientation letters to new students on behalf of CRM and advise of any bounced-back emails.
  • Update the Operations Management System (OMS) with Orientation agendas for every event.
  • Email and call students who have not attended Orientation.
  • Ensure students are linked to their modules, check module availability on Progress Reports under Student Management System (SMS), and verify login credentials.
  • Obtain attendance numbers from classes and load them onto Regenesys Management System (RMS).
  • Verify that students have a Regenesys student email address.
  • Update the rollover spreadsheet and inform admission and finance departments.
  • Monitor class evaluation form completion rates, aiming for 80% completion.
  • Manage online AC forms submitted.
  • Monitor students’ elective selections on SMS.
  • Send class reminders at least 1 week before the time and again the day before.
  • Assist Academics with monitoring classes to ensure smooth operations (15 minutes before start, 30 minutes at start, and 30 minutes at end).
  • Respond to all administrative student queries within a same-day timeframe.
  • Post student communication via bulk emails as required by senior management.
