About the Role
Profile Personnel, a well-established company, is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Payroll HR Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll and HR, with excellent communication skills and a passion for ensuring compliance with South African labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and administer payroll using MP500 and PAYSPACE software.
- Ensure accuracy of employee salaries, deductions, and benefits.
- Resolve payroll queries efficiently and ensure compliance with tax laws.
- Maintain and update employee records in line with company policies.
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure timely enrollment and changes.
- Support performance management and training processes.
- Address employee queries and concerns related to payroll, benefits, and HR policies.
- Prepare accurate and timely reports on payroll, employee benefits, and compliance.
Requirements
- Matric certificate.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (HR).
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a mid to senior role.
- Hands-on experience with payroll software (preferably MP500 and PAYSPACE).
