About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Handyman with 5 years of experience in the construction industry and as a handyman, to join our team in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in various trades, including carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical, mechanical, and fault finding.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance tasks on construction sites
- Carry out repairs and renovations
- Assist with carpentry, plumbing, tiling, painting, electrical, and mechanical work
- Identify and diagnose faults in systems and equipment
- Report findings to supervisors or clients
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- 5 years of experience as a handyman
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Physical stamina to perform manual labour
- Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
