About the Role

Our client in the Import and Export Industry is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, setting quarterly goals, and executing plans to achieve yearly profit targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establishing, improving, and implementing company’s supply chain management, quality management system and manufacturing process.
  • Implementing and maintaining the company regulatory framework effectively in the work site, with a focus on continual improvement.
  • Leading teams to complete sorting and containment tasks according to customer requirements.
  • Coordinating manpower arrangement and evaluation of manpower skill matrices.
  • Standardizing processes and implementing 5S systems, coaching and training operators on new projects and working instructions.
  • Controlling costs related to manpower and consumables.
  • Communicating with customers, organizing regulation meetings with related departments, and improving internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Resolving customer complaints and submitting 8D reports in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating with the HR and operation departments for smooth cooperation.
  • Staying informed about market trends, competitors’ strategies, and relevant national policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, logistics, Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a background in department management and third-party quality inspection.
  • Familiarity with product definition, product development, field service cycles, and processes.
  • Knowledge of TS16949 quality management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
