About the Role

The Senior Retail Manager role is a critical position that requires a strategic leader to drive business growth and customer satisfaction in our KZN Midlands branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial objectives, leading high-impact teams, and promoting excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare annual budgets and schedule expenditures
  • Maintain branch controls
  • Manage stock levels through effective stock control and reconciliation processes
  • Address customer complaints to promote high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Lead a high-impact team and collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Automate and optimize digital processes and inventory control platforms
  • Develop consumer-facing content across different segments to publicize the company’s products and brands

Requirements

  • National Diploma in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting, or related field
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Knowledge of Retail Operating Systems
