About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical & Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG/Paper & Pulp or Manufacturing Industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting complex equipment issues
  • Supervising and coordinating maintenance teams
  • Implementing and maintaining high-level world-class manufacturing standards
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services
  • Conducting regular site inspections and maintenance planning

Requirements

  • FMCG/Paper & Pulp or Manufacturing Industry experience
  • Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years’ Maintenance Supervisor experience

Qualifications

  • Formal education in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s, Diploma, etc.)
