About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Mechanical & Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the FMCG/Paper & Pulp or Manufacturing Industry, with a strong background in mechanical engineering and maintenance supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting complex equipment issues
- Supervising and coordinating maintenance teams
- Implementing and maintaining high-level world-class manufacturing standards
- Coordinating with vendors and suppliers to procure materials and services
- Conducting regular site inspections and maintenance planning
Requirements
- FMCG/Paper & Pulp or Manufacturing Industry experience
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ Maintenance Supervisor experience
Qualifications
- Formal education in Mechanical Engineering (Bachelor’s, Diploma, etc.)
