About the Role
Liyafin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to play a critical role in driving our business success through effective human resources practices and processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and employee retention strategies
• Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
• Ensure compliance with employment, health and safety, and environmental laws and regulations
• Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
• Lead training and professional development initiatives
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Advise leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Represent the company at CCMA from reconciliation to arbitration
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (Master’s preferred)
