About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Junior Service Advisor to join our team at our Dealership in Pinetown. As a Junior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with vehicle servicing queries and provide information on maintenance schedules and recommendations.
  • Process customer service requests and escalate complex issues to senior advisors as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
