About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Server Engineer to join our team in Durban, responsible for installing and configuring Hyper-V hypervisors, troubleshooting hardware across various platforms, and supporting multiple backup products.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and configure Hyper-V hypervisors
- Troubleshoot hardware issues on HPE, IBM, Lenovo, Huawei, and other platforms
- Experience with Backup products (e.g., Veeam & Acronis)
- Datacentre deployment knowledge
- Work independently and under pressure
Requirements
- Matric \ Grade 12 (Compulsory)
- 5 years of solid technical experience
- Microsoft MCSA 2016 or Equivalent
- Microsoft 365 Experience
- Extensive experience supporting Microsoft Exchange 2010 or higher
- ITIL v3 Foundation
- Extensive experience supporting Active Directory and Hyper V
- Extensive experience supporting multi-Vendor Hardware platforms
