Job Description

A Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment in a hotel, motel, resort, or other establishment. This may include cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, and other areas, as well as stocking supplies, removing soiled linens, and other duties. Housekeeping Attendant Duties Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas Dust and polish furniture and fixtures Change bed linens and make beds Restock room and bathroom supplies Vacuum carpets and clean floors Monitor and report any maintenance issues Adhere to safety and sanitation policies Provide excellent customer service Housekeeping Attendant Requirements Greet guests upon arrival and departure Clean and dust all surfaces in guest rooms, public areas and back of house areas Change bed linen and make beds Vacuum carpets and dust floors Restock and clean bathrooms Restock room amenities and supplies Check and replenish cleaning supplies Report maintenance issues Follow established safety and sanitation policies
