About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Lithium Salt Plant in Zimbabwe and China to join our team at SPILASTYLE CC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lithium salt production, preferably with experience in Africa, to oversee the production operations in Zimbabwe and Jiangxi.
Key Responsibilities
- Make production plan, co-ordinate the whole process operation, to ensure that OEE, yield, cost and other indicators meet the standard.
- Establish a safety culture, promote the landing of the quality system, and lead the analysis and improvement of major customer complaints.
- Responsible for team building, training and motivation, promote lean cost control and cost reduction and efficiency.
- Optimize equipment management, implement TPM, introduce new technologies and processes, and promote automation and digital transformation.
- Coordinate cross-departmental work and improve process standards, operating procedures and management systems.
- Complete other strategic tasks assigned by the General Manager.
Requirements
- Educational background: Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical, chemical, material related. (Can be relaxed to junior college)
- Experience requirements: More than 16 years of management experience in chemical industry, more than 3 years of production director experience in 10,000-ton lithium salt plant;
Full-cycle management experience in the preparation and commissioning of new factories to reach production standards;
Overseas management experience (especially in Africa) is preferred.
- Professional skills: Proficient in lithium salt production process and process management; Familiar with production data analysis, cost accounting and report management;
Holders of safety production related certificates are preferred;
Proficient in using Office software, can read equipment drawings.
