You will play a central role in developing analytical frameworks that guide pricing strategy, credit decisioning, and portfolio profitability. Key Responsibilities

  • Build, refine, and monitor pricing models to ensure that profitability targets are met.
  • Develop forecasting models for repayment rates, portfolio losses, and credit performance.
  • Enhance credit risk models through backtesting, segmentation, and behavioural analysis.
  • Prototype new analytical solutions to improve customer outcomes and business performance.
  • Analyse portfolio trends, identify performance drivers, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Partner closely with commercial and underwriting teams to ensure strategies deliver real-world impact.

Requirements

  • Education (Minimum): Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 25 years of experience in credit risk, pricing, financial modelling, or data science.
  • Experience in fintech, lending, or financial services is advantageous.
