About the Role
The Credit & Pricing Analyst will be at the center of commercial decision-making and own the analytical engine behind pricing and credit strategy. This is not a passive reporting role, but rather an active contributor who designs, refines, and owns models that influence profitability, credit risk, and growth across several operating countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, refine, and own models that influence profitability, credit risk, and growth
- Analyse large, diverse datasets to improve automated credit scoring and risk models
- Forecast repayment behaviour and portfolio losses
- Explore new analytical approaches that unlock better customer and business outcomes
- Engage with operational teams to drive real change
- Provide clear visibility of P&L impact
Requirements
- Minimum 25 years experience in credit risk, pricing, data science, or a similar analytical role
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Python or R for modelling, statistical analysis, and visualisation
- Experience building or maintaining credit scorecards, pricing models, or financial forecasts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Honours degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
