About the Role

Our client, a global workforce solutions and contract management business, is seeking an experienced International Country Specialist to support international expansion and workforce operations across Europe, the USA, Asia, and Africa. The organisation specialises in international contractor management, global payroll, immigration support, compliance, mobility management, and workforce solutions for multinational clients operating across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the setup and operational readiness of international entities in line with local legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Work with local legal advisors, accountants, insurers, payroll providers, and service partners to ensure ongoing compliance and operational support.
  • Develop and implement country-specific onboarding, compliance, and operational processes aligned to global standards.
  • Manage local stakeholders, partners, and service providers while supporting risk management and regulatory compliance across multiple regions.
  • Maintain accurate compliance documentation and support continuous improvement of international operational frameworks.

Requirements

Relevant degree in Business, Legal, Finance, International Relations, HR, Operations, or a related field. 3 to 5 years’ proven experience in international operations, country expansion, global mobility, compliance, or entity setup. Pre-existing knowledge and hands-on experience working across Europe, the USA, Asia, and Africa.
