About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dealer Principal to join our team in Polokwane. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance, as well as financial management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage workshop operations and ensure efficient service delivery
  • Oversee vehicle sales performance and achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement budgeting and forecasting strategies
  • Monitor and manage Profit Before Tax (PBT) performance
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the dealership team

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Management, Sales, or related field
  • 3 years experience as a Dealer Principal / General Manager within a franchised commercial vehicle dealership
  • Proven experience managing workshop operations and vehicle sales performance
  • Previous financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, and PBT management
