Key Responsibilities

  • Complete required training and assignments
  • Obtain mandatory industry licenses within prescribed timeframes
  • Master assessments and meet minimum performance and production standards
  • Meet production targets that impact overall company revenue goals
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of Liberty tools and systems
  • Develop a book of business consistent with Liberty’s standards
  • Provide a high level of client service
  • Manage the full scope of a client relationship by evaluating clients’ financial needs, investment opportunities, and insurance needs
  • Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, engaging in initiatives
  • Recommend financial solutions based on client needs
  • Seek expertise in internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients
  • Maintain appropriate record-keeping and supervision files
  • Stay abreast of products, industry rules and regulations, and financial planning
