About the Role

A well-established company based in Polokwane is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their team. We are looking for a target-driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for parts sales who can drive sales growth and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of parts
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to identify new sales opportunities

Requirements

  • 2–3 years’ Parts Sales experience with a proven track record
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good parts knowledge and ability to upsell
  • Sober habits
  • Computer literate
