About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic BPO team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance, managing a team of sales agents, and ensuring targets are consistently achieved in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, call listening, and reporting.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to improve agent performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, 1:1 sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, scripts, and quality standards.
  • Identify training needs and work closely with QA to support.
  • Drive a positive team culture and high levels of engagement.
  • Handle escalations and support agents with complex sales scenarios.

Requirements

  • Qualification: Matric
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Sales Team Leader – Minimum of 2 years.
  • Preferred: PPI/PCP experience will be preferred & advantageous.
  • Other: BPO Sales Team Leader experience on UK campaigns (not specified)
