About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep ServiceNow expertise to join our team in Menlyn. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that meet our business needs. If you have a strong background in IT Service Management, ITIL v4, and a passion for working with ServiceNow, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
- Integrate Kafka, REST APIs, NOW API, Active Directory, and other technologies to enhance platform capabilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces using UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes & Widgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide sound architectural decisions
- Document platform configurations and governance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
Requirements
- Deep hands-on ServiceNow expertise (beyond configuration)
- Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL v4
- Solid experience with CSDM 5 and CMDB architecture
- Integration expertise: Kafka, REST APIs, NOW API, Active Directory
- Advanced UI experience with UI Builder, Service Portal Designer, Themes & Widgets
Qualifications
- Fluent English-speaking, including Business reading and writing
- Information Technology Qualification
- ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
