About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and driven Internal Sales Consultant to join our team in Durban. As a Junior Internal Sales professional, you will have the opportunity to build a career in sales and technology distribution while working with a leading T/ICT distributor. This is an ideal role for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in person, via telephone, and email to provide quotations aligned with customer requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and market trends to confidently offer appropriate solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring all required sales activities are completed effectively.
- Process customer orders and ensure seamless follow-through to final delivery and completion.
Requirements
- Matric essential.
- CompTIA N or other networking-related qualification required.
- Relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an internal sales role.
- Experience working with a CRM system is required.
- Experience in wired and wireless networking, VoIP, IP surveillance, internal sales, or a call centre environment non-negotiable.
