About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our operations team in Durban. The successful candidate will have a strong background in FMCG, production planning, and supply chain management, with excellent leadership skills and knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Finance/Engineering
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in a FMCG environment
- Strong knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Processes, Quality Control & Supply Chain Management
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing Production Operations
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental Regulations
- Risk Management
