About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Internal Sales Executive to join our Centurion based client’s team, focusing on rentals, managing existing PP, Conv and clients, and handling conversion spill-over.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations daily
- Provide reception support daily
- Update live opportunities daily
- Follow up on open sales enquiries daily
- Compile job cards daily
- Check and approve non-technical reps’ quotes (R100K–R300K) occasionally
- Occasionally visit clients
- Adhere to sales processes and policies
- Review open quotes and opportunities weekly
- Close open quotes monthly
- Review monthly statistics
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- In-office position (no remote work)
- Previous sales experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Marketing or Business
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and own transport

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R26,000
- Annual Bonus: 1 – 1.5 months’ salary (December, pro-rated)
- Profit Share: Super Profit Bonus Scheme (up to 3 months’ salary, discretionary, paid in May)
- Provident Fund: Compulsory participation (employee and company contributions)
- Medical Aid Allowance: R1,000 per month (own plan or company plan)
- December Shutdown: Mid-December to early January (Builders Break, leave required)
