Job Description

Minimum Requirements Matric or equivalent; relevant tertiary qualification advantageous. Minimum 45 years experience in retail sales, with at least 23 years in a management role. Experience in Industrial Hardware, Steel, or Fluid Control industries preferred. Understanding of retail processes and procedures; Syspro experience required. Strong leadership and managerial skills; able to work under pressure and drive a team. Vibrant, extroverted personality with strategic thinking and planning capability. Computer literate and proficient in using MS Office and retail management systems.
