Job Description

Our client has an EE opportunity available for a Senior Specialist in Large Enterprise Marketing based in Constantia.

Requirements:

  • BCom degree in Marketing or a Commercial field.
  • 3+ year degree or diploma.
  • 5+ years experience in B2B marketing, focusing on channel marketing with a service dimension.
  • Background in marketing and customer service
  • Project Management experience.
  • 5+ years experience in an area of specialization with experience in managing others.
  • Experience working in medium to large organizations.
  • Understanding of the market and how choices are made.
  • Flexibility working hours and the willingness travel.

KPAs:

  • Apply market research in an optimal way to add as much value as possible to areas of business.
  • Make continuous improvements at system, process and procedure level.
  • Identify innovative way to use minimum resources to achieve maximum outputs.
  • Communicate effectively to resolve any potential conflicts that may arise.
  • Perform business analysis in line with the methodology and guidelines.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the integrated project management model.
  • Find ways to improve purchase and usage patterns in the segments.
  • Find ways to stimulate demand in the segment.
  • Drive continuous improvement as an important element of service delivery.
  • Ensure customer needs and requirements are satisfied through appropriate systems, processes and procedures.
  • Put contingency plans in place to prevent delays and enhance the customer experience.
  • Forecast, plan, develop and review budget for the unit that provides the company with return on investment, and seek OPCO approval.
  • Ensure cost effectiveness by maximising cost or benefit ratio.
  • Identify opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Identify and align operational targets of the Large Enterprise Segment to business strategy of Business Segments.
  • Consider the immediate to medium term implications of actions from a broader perspective.
  • Drive best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Put contingency plans in place.
  • Manage resources taking local conditions into consideration.
  • Identify and exploit new opportunities to grow the business further.
  • Adjust to new environments and fast working environments.
