Restaurant Manager – New Luxury Destination Restaurant Opening | Cape Winelands Luxury. Seasonality. World-class culinary pedigree. A highly regarded niche wine estate in the Cape Winelands is launching an extraordinary new destination restaurant, led by a Michelin-starred chef and designed to become one of South Africa’s most sought-after dining experiences. Highly seasonal, intensely guest-focused, and operationally dynamic — this venue will demand exceptional leadership on the floor and a Restaurant Manager who thrives in world-class hospitality environments. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced leader ready to operate at the highest level within one of the country’s most distinctive wine and culinary destinations.
