Join this finance team in a pivotal role where you will support group reporting, consolidation, and financial oversight across multiple divisions. This role is ideal for an immediately available CA(SA) with 2-3 years post article experience, available for a 6 month contract. Why join this team? Contribute to high‑level group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting Work closely with senior leadership, including the CFO and divisional heads Gain exposure to JSE reporting requirements and board‑level submissions Participate in strategic financial projects such as acquisitions, disposals, and feasibility studies Be part of a team implementing modern reporting systems and enhancing groupwide financial capabilities What you will be doing: Prepare monthly group consolidation of operating company results Compile monthly reporting packs for senior executives Prepare half‑year consolidated results, notes, and required regulatory reporting Support board reporting and assist in preparing board papers Contribute to the final implementation and report development within OneStream Provide IFRS technical support to Group Finance and divisions Consolidate and report on group forecasts and budgets Coordinate internal audit activities Prepare audit committee packs Participate in ad‑hoc financial projects (feasibility studies, capital expenditure cases, restructures, acquisitions, disposals, and post‑investment reviews) What we are looking for: CA(SA) essential 2-3 years’ post article experience Strong Excel and overall computing skills; proficient in Microsoft Office Experience with SAP and OneStream advantageous Experience preparing group and company annual financial statements Strong technical accounting and tax knowledge High analytical ability and a passion for numerical accuracy Excellent communication and report‑writing skills Strong leadership, administrative capability, and attention to detail Benefits and unique aspects: Opportunity to influence group reporting processes and systems Exposure to senior leadership and board‑level financial management Involvement in system implementations and technical accounting advisory work If you haven’t heard back from us within two weeks of submitting your application, unfortunately your application has not been successful this time.
