Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities – Prepare vehicle surfaces through sanding, masking, and priming – Mix and match paint colours according to manufacturer specifications – Apply paint coats using spray guns and professional refinishing equipment – Perform polishing, touch ups, and final finishing work – Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency – Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment – Collaborate with body repair technicians and workshop supervisors Experience and Qualifications – Proven experience as an Automotive Spray Painter – Strong knowledge of paint systems, mixing techniques, and refinishing processes – Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail – Sound understanding of health and safety requirements – Relevant trade certifications are advantageous – Ability to perform in a fast paced workshop environment – Afrikaans proficiency is required
