Job Description

We have an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Tax Manager a leading audit and tax firm, based in Johannesburg! The main purpose of this role is: – To provide a variety of corporate tax consulting and advisory services to a large portfolio of medium to large clients, including corporate income tax, international tax, and merger and acquisition tax planning. We require a candidate with: CA (SA) or LLB; HDip (Tax); B-Comm Honours; or MCom (Tax) (Non-Neg) At least 68 years relevant experience in a corporate tax environment Strong technical proficiency in domestic corporate tax, with knowledge of other tax types Experience in opinion writing, concept papers, compliance, due diligence reviews, and dispute resolution Proven ability to manage client relationships and liaise with local authorities Experience supervising and mentoring junior staff Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills Strong communication, report-writing, presentation, and numerical skills Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and meet deadlines Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Should you meet the requirements for this position, please email your CV to .
