Business Development Consultant (B2B / Outbound Sales Executive) Drive UK growth for a leading SaaS platform in beauty and wellness Cape Town | R25,000 -R29 000 Basic Commission About Our Client Join a rapidly expanding international tech company transforming the beauty and wellness industry through smart, user-friendly salon software. With a strong presence in the UK market, this company offers digital solutions that empower salons and professionals to grow, streamline operations, and enhance client engagement. The Role: Business Development Consultant This newly created role focuses on acquiring new UK-based partners through outbound B2B sales. You”ll identify and engage potential clients, deliver impactful product demos, and manage new partner onboarding to ensure long-term success. Ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for tech and a strong understanding of the UK market. Key Responsibilities Minimum 2 years B2B outbound sales experience, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment Identify and engage potential UK clients via cold calling, outbound campaigns, and digital outreach Deliver virtual product demos and guide partners to the most suitable packages Manage onboarding and platform adoption for new clients during the initial setup phase Build strong, ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline Record all interactions and updates accurately in Salesforce CRM Share market feedback and partner insights to support product and strategy development About You At least 2 years of experience in outbound B2B sales roles Experience working with UK-based clients is essential Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, demoing, closing, and onboarding Clear and persuasive communicator across all digital channels Proficient in Salesforce, Google Workspace, Slack, and Microsoft Office Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and priorities Proactive self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, target-driven environments Bonus Points If You Have Experience in the beauty, wellness, or personal care industry Passion for digital tools and e-commerce solutions Whats on Offer Competitive base salary of R25,000 plus uncapped commission Internationally recognised digital product with strong UK market presence Hybrid work model based in Cape Town Collaborative and supportive team culture with career growth potential
