Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks efficiently with attention to detail Answer and respond to emails professionally and promptly, demonstrating strong communication skills Handle customer calls with a friendly and client-focused approach Maintain accurate records and manage data on Pastel and Excel, showing reliability and accuracy Take and manage bookings for events and services, using excellent organisational skills Plan and assist with running monthly events, applying creativity and problem-solving abilities Write, design, and distribute newsletters, demonstrating initiative and a flair for engaging content Provide general support to the team as needed, working well independently and collaboratively REQUIREMENTS : Strong written and verbal communication skills. English essential; Afrikaans advantageous Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Pastel Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities Professional, reliable, and client focused Energetic, enthusiastic, and detail oriented Availability: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 18:00 (every second weekend off) *ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED*
