About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Professional to join our team at Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco). The ideal candidate will have a degree related to Human Resources Management and 3 to 5 years of generalist HR experience at a fully professional level. This role requires an individual with excellent business acumen, strong technical skills, and the ability to drive results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HR administration tasks and processes
- Utilize SAP HR and Microsoft Office systems effectively
- Implement change management strategies and ensure compliance with HR statutory legislation
- Develop and implement effective people management processes
- Foster positive relationships through excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Resolve conflicts and conduct successful interviews
- Drive problem-solving, results-oriented, and customer-focused work
- Maintain high working standards
Requirements
- Degree related to Human Resources Management
- 3 to 5 years generalist HR experience at a fully professional level
- Proficient user of SAP HR and Microsoft Office
- Good business acumen
- Knowledge of change management, HR statutory legislation, and people management processes
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict management, and interviewing skills
