About the Role
The Office Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing administrative support to staff and management. This includes managing day-to-day activities, maintaining records and databases, handling correspondence, and performing various tasks to support the office’s functions.
Key Responsibilities
- General administration duties (filing, emails, binding of documents, etc.)
- Assist in preparing documents for all meetings
- Monitor the leave register for all sections
- Photocopying and emailing
- Attend meetings and take minutes as scribe
- Perform any duties that may be delegated by officials
- Generate a report as required by the mentor and/or supervisor
- Capture data
- Follow up on outstanding correspondence
- Filing and records management
- Record incoming and outgoing documents
- Assist in ordering office stationary supplies
- Control the stationery register and physical control of stationery
Requirements
South African unemployed youth aged between 18 and 34 years old
Must not have participated in the YES Programme previously
