Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage quotations for clients
• Maintain accurate records and databases
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Process orders and ensure timely delivery
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and documents

Requirements

• 23 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales administration, Quotation administration, Procurement administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Experience with email systems and document management systems
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Knowledge of OMN Accounts is an advantage)
