About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in a quotation administration role, specifically within the mining and industrial supplies sector. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage quotations for clients
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to create reports and documents
Requirements
- 23 years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Sales administration, Quotation administration, Procurement administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience with email systems and document management systems
- Familiarity with ERP or accounting software (Knowledge of OMN Accounts is an advantage)
