About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Solar PV Construction Manager to lead our construction teams in Pretoria, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery that meets industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and site teams
- Coordinate electrical & mechanical subcontractors
- Ensure installations meet technical, quality, and safety standards
- Review drawings and support technical implementation
- Track progress against schedules and report to project leadership
- Assist with commissioning and final system handover
- Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices
Requirements
- Experience supervising construction or installation projects
- Solar PV experience advantageous
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong planning, leadership and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, team-focused, and detail-driven mindset
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and ISO standards
