About the Role
Liham Consulting Pty (Ltd) is seeking an experienced Payroll Supervisor to join their team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be a confident and caring leader who can build a competent and motivated payroll clerk team, providing professional and friendly service to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Building a competent and motivated payroll clerk team through confident and caring leadership.
- Ensuring that the payroll staff impresses internal customers with professional and friendly service.
- Auditing the payroll information and take corrective actions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Accurately reconciling the payroll with the general ledger and cash book by deadline.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification
- Proven customer service focus experience
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Cashbook, General Ledger, EMP 501, EMP 201 & 3rd Party payments
