About the Role
We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as a Merchandiser, playing a crucial role in ensuring our clients’ products are perfectly stocked and displayed across retail and wholesale outlets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute all sales and merchandising activities on their defined route plan
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked
- Displays are compliant with planograms
- Promotional materials are correctly implemented to attract shoppers and boost sales
Requirements
- Strong self-management skills
- Ability to manage own time and performance effectively
- Attention to detail
- Natural building of professional relationships with store managers
- Commitment to exceeding customer expectations
- Grade 12 National Certificate in Wholesale and Retail Operations – Merchandising (or equivalent)
- No prior experience required
